Wondering through Life

The last few weeks i have been very much in a funk. Restless. No Direction or Aim in my life. like i am on Auto-Pilot.

Been wodering why the relationship between brother and i is non-existant. mainly its because of his wife. wondered alot about that one! Lies had come up and brother rather run from what the truth is than stand up. once he gets comfy in a spot he stays there. it takes something major for him to come around.

now i don't see him as a relation. he is someone who has the same last name as i do. nothing more than that.

Life with Cairo

I got Cairo from the Wesport Humane Society July 3d, 2011. He is character, to say the least. The first few days he was here, he was uncertain about the house and his new life with Dad and I. Cairo had spent 3 years in the shelter and as an older cat, not too many people were looking for an older cat (kittens were popular).

As time went on, he got more comfy with his new surroundings and worked on getting the Geezer (nickname for Dad) over to the dark side of catness. Cairo had me at meow. The first months Cairo would sleep on my bed or on the couch. When he wants attention he lets me know.

PS Cairo nows sees us as his family. he is very comfy with us now.
